Sunflower picking & afternoon tea

Join the girlies for the ultimate summer’s afternoon at Farmer Copleys in Pontefract, enjoying afternoon tea at The Moo Café before heading into the fields to pick our own sunflowers and have a good old frolic! 🫖🍰

We’ll start with a leisurely lunch of afternoon tea and your choice of tea or coffee, plenty of time to have a good yap with the girlies, then once everyone is suitably stuffed we’ll wander over to the sunflower fields and waste away the afternoon amongst the flowers! 🌻

There are lots of different varieties of sunflowers to choose from, plenty of photo ops, and oddles of wholesome summer vibes 🌞

Included in your ticket:

  • Your choice of afternoon tea or vegetarian afternoon tea (including tea or coffee)

  • Entry into the sunflower fields

Picked sunflower stems are not included with your ticket, and will need to be purchased separately at the farm.

  • Unfortunately, The Moo Café can only offer standard afternoon tea or vegetarian afternoon tea and cannot currently cater to vegan, gluten, or dairy free.

  • We are organising this event as one, but you are welcome to purchase sunflower picking tickets directly from Farmer Copleys website and join us there! We should be heading to the sunflower fields around 1:30-2:00pm.

  • Children under 2 are welcome to join and will not require a ticket. Any additional children’s food at the cafe will need to be purchased separately.
